Hazel Sive-the Soundtrack of Science
and THIS is just fascinating!!!
heard it on Studio 360 this past Saturday. full interview here:

note: I am a big geek...highly intrigued by musical/scientific relationships. at first this may look kinda 'cool' or whatever, but i see so much truth in it. the interview is great..very insightful. it's a whole new way of exploring sound, through science; specifically at this microscopic (internal) level. then there's the external; nature's more tangible rhythms-insects, ocean waves, the wind...just breathtaking..the harmony of it all
