omg..i'm missing edward sharpe and the magnetic zeros tonite! FML..and i missed the xx last nite.......................FFML

i am still feeling the sting of missing the Le Loup show saturday..had to be 'responsible'..on another note, i stumbled on this:

so i'm debating whether or not to go to this Le Loup show tonight (i have an early shoot tomorrow..), but today while i was driving, i was thinking how if i governed my town, how the churches would be turned into music schools..nothing against church, but it'd be nice to see at least an equivalence in churches to music schools..the ratio needs fixing.

show season is heating up again.....(namely:Le Loup, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros..basically a lot of what i've been listening to lately..) oh and PINBACK!?? kinda sad to see them still doing black cat...but oh well.

oh gawd how could i almost forget..THE BLOOD BROTHERS. they go on the 'missing' list at the um, TOP. well, under tom vek. i miss them so much, listening to mars volta kinda reminded me..i saw them once, i think in 07 at Black Cat, amazing show.

Btw-St.Vincent

so i saw the St.Vincent show last nite (@ Black Cat). it was, meh..i think w/this and Anni Rossi right before, i am ready to rock now. i was actually really looking forward to this show, she sounded beautiful and all she used two mics and everything sounded great. she plays a mean guitar, but overall it was just kind of sleepy. it's definitely movie music it translates kinda different live..i'm really glad i got to see her though:)
